LEARN MORE

Welcome

I am so excited that you found my page. I know it'll be just what you're looking for; if not, we can help! My family is a bit nuts, but hey - the more, the merrier, right?

I'm originally from Williamsport, PA, which was always home to me until one day when I moved below the Mason-Dixon line with my parents and twin sister. There are 12 of us, including me (yes, you read that right!); I told you my family was nuts.

I love great food - and I'm not picky about where it comes from! A Food Truck can give me the same satisfaction as a friendly, sit-down restaurant. It doesn't matter what kind of food they're serving.

Growing up, on many Saturdays, we watched Notre Dame Football on TV with my father as we cheered for his team while teaching me important life lessons such as never giving up no matter what happens. My two other favorites are college basketball (UVA), followed closely by baseball (Red Sox).

My dog is Karma, a 6-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier who is very spoiled but well-behaved.

I live in Florida, where the weather is fabulous for ten months of the year and tolerable the other two.

Again, welcome. I am glad you are here.

"I participated in the 6 week Leadershift Program which Mr. Missigman presented late Spring/early Summer 2020. The content, delivery and the timing of the program were all via zoom. Mr. Missigman is a great facilitator and encouraged us all to stretch our selves out of our comfort zone in order to develop into leaders who Leadershift. John Maxwell’s book “Leadershift” was the required reading material for this program. The course guide was also very helpful in stimulating good discussions. I highly recommend both the Leadershift course and the facilitator – Mark Missigman."

"I am pleased and honored to write a recommendation for Mark. I attended one of his Zoom workshops for leading during a crisis. It was/is a current issue with the pandemic. It was very helpful, informative, and thought provoking. Mark was the great facilitator and the other participants were wonderful contributors. It was a great experience. This led me to utilizing Mark to help my organization with team building. We had this session off site so to give staff a different perspective. Mark had developed an individualized agenda and workbook to fit our specific needs. He was engaging and helped others to engage. The result was a relaxing but still energizing event and it produced positive results. The next day all of the staff were asking when they could attend this work shop. If you are looking for a workshop to engage or re-engage, energize or just provide a different outlook to your staff on a variety of topics and levels then Mark is for you. He will not disappoint."

"I met Mark at a chamber event where he engaged me about joining the John Maxwell Speaker's Club, as I had a phobia of public speaking. I signed up for the 26 class schedule and was given the tools to not only learn how to write speeches, but was also given the confidence to speak in front of a room full of strangers. He was highly motivating and helpful leading up to speaking engagements - sending me words of encouragement and helping me to refine my speeches. I strongly recommend Mark's services if you are in need of public speaking assistance, or need leadership training."

""Wanted to let you know that of all the blessings I've had this year. You rank as one of the best. It has been a pleasure to meet you, have you coach me, and your friendship. You sir are truly a rock star! I greatly appreciate you! "

"Thank you so much, Mark! Your class was very insightful and helped me to understand my Biblical personality and overall personality type in detail from a different perspective. I look forward to doing the DISC assessment now that I've learned more about it. I believe it will be an invaluable tool for learning to recognize and communicate better with the different DISC personality types in business."
